I am here to answer any questions you may have about working with me. Below are some of my most frequently asked questions and answers.

I can assist you with anything that you need to get your life and business organised. I offer services like: email management, diary management, administration, travel arrangements and putting processes and systems in place to ensure your business runs as smoothly as possible. I also offer social media management which will help your business grow and make sure your brand is seen and heard. For a list of my services click here.  

Everything that you share with me and train me on regarding your company is always 100% safe with me. I will also be providing you with a signed confidentiality for your peace of mind.

Organisation is one of my strongest strengths. When you are drowning in tasks, meetings and an overflowing to-do list, I can manage your entire schedule, so that you can regain precious time to focus on other important matters on hand.

I can help you decide which pricing plan would work best for you during our consultation call. Just remember hiring a full-time employee is very different to hiring a VA. The plus point is that you are able to choose a package that is most beneficial to the amount of assistance you may require, making choosing one of my packages, much more affordable for your budget. 

Where a normal Personal Assistant based in your office works 40 hours per week, whether that time is used effectively or not, you can be guaranteed that no matter which package you select, all tasks will be attended to with the same dedication.

Plans can be switched at any time, depending on how much work you delegate to me over time.

Once we have had our consultation and you would like to get started with my services, I will take you through my process of on-boarding and explain how best to proceed to work together most effectively.

Absolutely! Customer service is key to the success of anyone’s business and is actually quite a time-consuming task to manage on your own. I can assist you to follow-up with your clients, to ensure that they are happy and well-taken care of. Please note that should you require me to make follow-up calls with your clients, I will do this  by utilising Skype phone (as this is the cheaper option to call to external numbers). Please note that this expense will be added to our next invoice.

I always try to turn my client’s tasks around as soon as possible and within a 24-hour turnaround time. If I am not able to perform a task for any reason, I will be sure to be in contact with you to let you know when your task/s will be completed.

I am based in South Africa, but am fully-equipped to manage tasks for you if you are based internationally.

Absolutely! I can assist you to purchase anything you require and arrange for delivery, however all purchases I do for you must be done online.

We will have a full on-boarding session before I commence working for you. All of this can be done using Skype or Zoom.us, where you will be able to share your information and processes with me.
